Peanut & Tree Nut Free Snacks List

When we found out that our daughter had food allergies, the Allergist handed us her results and sent us along clueless as to what to do next. As a mother, I felt overwhelmed and scared because I had no idea what to feed her to keep her safe. That was two years ago and since then, I’ve established a diet for her that’s free of the foods she’s allergic to. She’s also outgrown her eggs allergy and best of all we replaced that allergist with one of the best in the state of New York who always makes himself available to answer my two million questions.I usually cook most of her meals but when it comes to snacks sometimes she just want to have what all the other kids are having. Summer can be challenging for kids with food allergies because they don’t want to feel excluded when they see other kids indulging in snacks that aren’t safe for them. Thanks, Louida! They’re healthy and reasonably priced. The Multigrain O’s for instance is cheaper than full priced Cheerios.
